Kaival Doshi – Director

A dynamic and young business leader, Director Kaival Doshi, is responsible for Finance & Operations and Strategic Planning. While overseeing the financial activities, he also formulates and strategizes the company’s financial plans. A UCLA alumnus with a passion for sustainability, he founded Sol Dubai, a solar division dedicated to integrating sustainable practices and initiatives into the firm. Furthermore, he manages the entire real estate portfolio, including The Wings Holiday Homes and Al Mizan Property Developers. As a pioneer and a technical geek, he ensures that the company stays on level with the latest technology by implementing the latest processes and systems. Aside from being fully engaged at work, Kaival is a person who seeks out new experiences, both within and outside of the workplace. Not only does Kaival lead new ventures, but through entrepreneurial spirit and futuristic vision, he is constantly on the lookout for new opportunities to broaden the company’s future.

Mital Doshi – Design Director

Mital Doshi, Design Director, leads the design department. She works closely with the design team to determine how the interiors and furnishing will look for all the projects undertaken. Every design project she works on is infused with her artistic vision. Through her bespoke approach, Mital creates designer spaces within budgets by procuring exceptional pieces of décor. Her impeccable design sense ensures that the properties provide the guests with a luxurious experience during their stay. Being a designer herself, she has previously worked with big fashion brands such as Forever21 and BCBGMAXAZRIA, and that experience led her to launch her own fashion label Lemonein. Apart from being a designer genius, she is also a Social Media Influencer who enjoys exploring the world. Her vibrant, energetic, and innovative personality is what distinguishes her in creating true masterpieces for all development projects.
