Corniche Beach is Abu Dhabi’s main public beach, stretching 8 kilometers along the Corniche Road. This downtown beach is popular with tourists and residents for various reasons. This spotlessly well-kept Blue Flag public beach in the core of the UAE capital is an unexpected beauty with its turquoise waters, swaying palm trees, view of Lulu Island, and gardens. A significant section of the beach is free to enter, but some distinct areas have a low entry charge for families and female groups. There are children’s play zones, dedicated cycling and pedestrian trails, cafés, and restaurants along the Corniche beach.
